Using a dosing ring on your portafilter when grinding coffee gives a "funnel" effect, helping to catch any stray grounds that may not otherwise make it into your basket. This not only helps cut down on wasted coffee and saves you money by using less beans per grind, but it also helps keep a clean and tidy workspace - meaning you're much less likely to end up with unpleasant grinds in your coffee!

As we print these ourselves in our Wellington workshop, they can be made to whatever size basket you have - great for both home coffee machines or in a commercial coffee environment.
