With our technicians holding a combined 30+ years in the industry, it's safe to say your machinery will be in great hands. We've worked with the whole range of machines, from home pod-style machines to full blown commercial equipment. We also all have café experience, so we know what it's like to work on the outside of coffee machines as well.

Before we started ERS is 2018, we'd heard from both café owners & home coffee machine owners that they were unhappy with the current state of machine repair / servicing options - and that the pricing was far too high. We aim to deliver a cost effective service which is completely customer focused. With upfront pricing and excellent communication, you won't be left with an unwanted bill.
Meet The Team
Craig - Team Leader Craig started ERS with the vision to bring a more affordable and fair servicing and repair option to Wellington's coffee machine owners. Having worked in the industry for a number of years prior both behind a coffee machine and in front of it, he knows espresso equipment better than the back of his hand. Between business and family life, he likes to squeeze in a game of golf as often as he can - after a cup of coffee, of course. He also loves anything with a motor, and often has a project (or three) on the go!
Dan - Workshop Manager Dan also holds a wealth of experience in the coffee industry, having owned cafes in the past and working as a technician for years. A car and jet ski enthusiast, Dan is our local sports fan and keeps the rest of the team in the loop with what's happening in the world of rugby, racing & anything else sport-related.
Kevin - Senior Technician Kevin has come back to the repair & servicing industry after a couple of years in a different area of hospitality up north. His extensive knowledge in all things coffee shines through in any conversation; as does his passion for teaching and training, especially when it comes to blending the art and science of espresso.
Flea - Newest member of the ERS team is Technician Flea. Still hands on in the cafe industry, she's been making sure the guys have kept their barista skills sharp. An avid lover of music, we hear she has a pretty good vinyl collection - and when it comes to coffee and tunes, sometimes you just can't beat the classics!
